Provost & Pritchard was responsible for the construction oversight of an expansion of the City of Kerman’s wastewater treatment plant. The design of the wastewater treatment plant includes expanding to a 3.3 mgd facility. Provost & Pritchard provided bidding assistance and construction inspection services for this reinforced concrete construction facility.
