Interim Water Systems Manager, City of Reedley, California

The City was in transition with the Water Systems Manager position and needed an interim manager. Duties included oversight of employees, distribution of daily work tasks, preparing monthly reports for the California Department of Public Health, developing operational and capital budgets and ensuring delivery of safe drinking water for the community. Several improvements were made to the well and water quality filing systems, a strategic plan was prepared, and a system wide hydraulic grade line was developed to improve operational efficiencies.
